Best Restaurants in Dubai (2026-27): The 10 We Recommend
A curated top ten rather than a directory: the Dubai restaurants we recommend most for the 2026-27 season, ranked in the order we reach for them.
Dubai has more good restaurants than a ten-item list can hold, so this is not a survey of the city. It is the ten rooms we recommend most for the 2026-27 season, picked for the cooking, for the room itself, and for range: a DIFC izakaya, a Greek fish house on the Palm, a two-star Italian tasting menu on a private island, and a twenty-seat dinner that runs as a scripted show.
They are ranked in the order we reach for them, not by search demand or by how long we have carried them. Several opened recently and sit high because the record earns it. Where a kitchen carries MICHELIN Guide recognition we say at what level.
Every pick links to its full page, where you can see the room and send a request. Last updated September 2026.
Zuma

Zuma set the template for modern Japanese dining in Dubai and still holds its corner of Gate Village in DIFC, so it stays our first call. Three open kitchens send plates as they are ready, the sushi counter and the robata grill are both worked in full view, and a bar one flight up carries the night on a deep sake list. Order in waves: miso-marinated black cod, sea bass with yuzu, rib-eye off the robata with chili and sesame.
La Petite Maison

La Petite Maison, known as LPM, brings the cooking of Nice and the French Riviera to Gate Village 8 in DIFC, a bright room of white tablecloths, fresh flowers and tall windows. Nothing arrives as a separate course: warm bread and rich tomatoes, burrata with datterini, then whole sea bass or roasted chicken stuffed with foie gras for the middle of the table. It is now one of the harder tables in the district to get.
Estiatorio Milos

Estiatorio Milos is where we send anyone who wants fish done properly. Chef Costas Spiliadis opened the first Milos in Montreal in 1979; the Dubai room sits inside Atlantis The Royal beside the resort's Skyblaze fire-and-water display, under six-meter ceilings in Greek marble. The iced fish market by the entrance is the point: choose the catch, then take it raw as sashimi or tartare, or grilled, poached, or salt-crusted and cracked open and fileted at the table.
Il Ristorante

Il Ristorante holds two Michelin stars inside the Bulgari Resort Dubai on Jumeirah Bay Island, built on Chef Niko Romito's philosophy of purity, synthesis and lightness; his own Reale in Italy holds three. Floor-to-ceiling windows face the water, and the contemporary Italian menu runs as a chef's tasting alongside a la carte. Dinner starts at 7:00 PM, with last seating at 10:30 PM.
Tresind

Tresind is the modern Indian room we recommend above any other here. It moved into the Arabian Court wing of the One&Only Royal Mirage on the Marina coastline at the end of 2022 and appears in the MICHELIN Guide's Dubai selection. Chefs Himanshu Saini and Mohammad Zeeshan call the cooking a modernist take rather than a regional format: A5 Wagyu with five curries, Alleppey lobster curry with raw mango pickle, a Daulat Ki Chaat under 24-carat gold dust.
COYA

COYA brought Lima's Peruvian kitchen to the emirate in 2014 and remains the city's defining Latin American room, set in the Restaurant Village at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. Ceviches, tiraditos and anticuchos are built for a long unhurried table, pisco anchors the bar alongside a South American wine list, and later the Pisco Bar takes over with resident DJs most nights.
Hakkasan

Hakkasan is the Cantonese room on this list, inside Atlantis, The Palm, working in the Michelin-starred style the group built its name on in London in 2001. Executive Chef Andy Toh pairs traditional recipes with contemporary technique, and the Dragon menu is the set route through the signatures. On the a la carte: kaffir lime lobster har gau, abalone and chicken shui mai finished with caviar, jasmine tea smoked Wagyu ribs, black truffle roast duck.
Krasota Dubai

Krasota Dubai is a 20-seat gastro-theater on the ground floor of the Address Downtown Hotel, across the boulevard from the Burj Khalifa, and the least ordinary night on this list. It opened in April 2023 under chef Vladimir Mukhin and turns dinner into a scripted performance around one shared table, staged in a circular auditorium so the projected visuals wrap the walls unbroken. Two shows rotate, each a multi-course tasting synchronized to video, lighting and sound. Black tie, one service a night.
Ronin

Ronin is the newest room we send people to with confidence. On the ninth floor of FIVE LUXE JBR, with Chef Sin Keun Choi in the kitchen, it was named Opening of the Year at the MICHELIN Guide Dubai ceremony and carries a place in the Guide's Dubai selection. Dinner runs under roughly 500 red lanterns among pagoda-style tables, with a live-fire teppanyaki station and sushi bar at the center and a terrace facing Ain Dubai. From the omakase counter and the robatayaki: Wagyu truffle gyoza, BBQ miso black cod, A4 wagyu caviar carpaccio.
3Fils

3Fils belongs in any honest Dubai ten. It is a small modern-Asian kitchen on the edge of the Jumeirah Fishing Harbour, looking out at moored boats rather than a skyline, with a tight open counter in place of a marquee dining room. The plates lean hard toward Japan, arrive when the kitchen is ready rather than in courses, and the value is what earned the Michelin Bib Gourmand. One rule matters: 3Fils does not take reservations, for anyone, so arrive early and put your name down.
