Peruvian fire, pisco and Pacific-coast ceviche on Jumeirah Beach
COYA Dubai brought Lima's Peruvian kitchen to the emirate in 2014 and remains one of the city's defining Latin American rooms. It sits in the Restaurant Village at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, with a bar, dining room and terrace built around Peruvian and Pacific-coast cooking.
The kitchen works across ceviches, tiraditos and anticuchos, Peruvian skewers, built around contrasts of texture and flavor and meant for sharing across a long, unhurried table. Pisco anchors the bar program alongside a South American wine list.
As the evening turns, the Pisco Bar picks up with resident DJs most nights and guest DJ sets on a weekly rotation, and the room shifts from dinner to a later, louder Latin energy without losing the polish of the resort setting. Weekend brunch runs alongside the regular dinner service.
It draws a mix of Four Seasons guests, Dubai regulars and visitors who come for the cooking and stay for the scene, and it holds its energy from the first dinner sitting through to the small hours. Book ahead for weekend evenings, when the best tables move quickly.
