COYA brings Peruvian, Nikkei, and Chifa cooking to Mayfair, spread across 150 seats at 118 Piccadilly. Since opening in 2012 it has held a spot on London's upscale dining circuit, with a main dining room, a buzzing Pisco Bar, a members-only lounge, and a petite terrace overlooking Green Park. Ceviche de Lubina pairs sea bass with tiger's milk, Tiradito de Hamachi sets yellowtail against yuzu-soy, Arroz Nikkei folds prawns and squid through saffron rice, and Lomo de Res plates wagyu sirloin with chimichurri.
