Peruvian beach restaurant, dinner room and Rooftop Pisco Bar on Playa d'en Bossa at BLESS Ibiza The Site
COYA Ibiza opened in June 2026 on the seafront at Playa d'en Bossa, the first COYA on the island. It anchors COYA Beach, a day-to-night address with sunbeds, a beach restaurant, a dinner restaurant and the Rooftop Pisco Bar, alongside COYA's first-ever rooms and suites, all within BLESS Ibiza The Site.
The kitchen follows what COYA has served since London in 2012, Peruvian flavors reimagined for the modern table, with Nikkei touches. The summer dinner menu runs from ceviches and tiraditos, such as sea bream in aji amarillo leche de tigre or yellowtail with green chili and tobiko, to Nikkei rice with Chilean sea bass and miso, fire-grilled carabineros, whole fish cooked over charcoal with salsa criolla, and a Chilean Wagyu rib-eye with chimichurri. Pisco sours and pisco cocktails come from the bar.
Days start on the sand, with sunbeds from 10am to 7pm and lunch at the beach restaurant from 1pm to 7pm. Dinner in the main restaurant, set across indoor and outdoor spaces, runs from 7pm to 1am.
The Rooftop Pisco Bar sits above the restaurant, with panoramic Mediterranean views, signature cocktails, the full a la carte menu and a soundtrack from COYA Music. Sunset is the moment to arrive, and dinner follows.
