Peruvian fire and beach-club rhythm on Playa d'en Bossa
COYA Ibiza is the Latin American group's first landing on the island, opened in June 2026 on the seafront at Playa d'en Bossa. It anchors COYA Beach, a day-to-night complex of restaurant, beach club, pisco bar, and the brand's first-ever guest rooms, set within the hotel now known as BLESS Ibiza The Site.
The kitchen follows the template COYA built in London, Dubai, and Marbella: contemporary Peruvian cooking laced with Japanese and Chinese influence. Ceviches and tiraditos, robata-grilled meats and fish, and bright sharing plates arrive alongside pisco sours from the bar.
The mood is beach-club energy easing into dinner and music as the night builds, a polished, party-leaning crowd rather than a quiet fine-dining room. Days open with sunbeds and light plates on the sand and stretch well past sunset.
As a Playa d'en Bossa beachfront address, COYA Ibiza runs through the Ibiza summer. The evening service is when the full crossover from restaurant to late-night scene comes alive.
