Tresind is a modern Indian restaurant inside the Arabian Court wing of the One&Only Royal Mirage on the Dubai Marina coastline. It opened in 2014 and moved into this address at the end of 2022, and appears in the MICHELIN Guide's Dubai selection. The kitchen is led by chefs Himanshu Saini and Mohammad Zeeshan, who describe the food as a modernist take on Indian cooking, not a straight regional format.
The dining room sits inside the resort's Arabian-style wing, with the kind of formal, spacious layout that suits a long tasting menu as easily as an a la carte dinner. Service runs through lunch into late dinner, open every day of the week from midday to just before midnight.
The menu ranges from reworked classics to steakhouse crossovers: an A5 Wagyu steak served with five curries, an Achari Tomahawk steak, Alleppey lobster curry with raw mango pickle and chili oil, a Daulat Ki Chaat finished with 24-carat gold dust, and a Galouti kebab reworked as a cannoli. Breads, dals, biryanis and a full vegetarian line sit alongside the show-dishes, and the wine and cocktail lists are built to match the spice level of the food.
Tresind reads as fine dining, with prices at the top end of the market. Reservations go through the restaurant's own online request form, so guests should submit their date and party size in advance, especially for weekend dinner. Formal resort-casual dress is the norm given the One&Only setting.
