Hakkasan sits inside Atlantis, The Palm, a Cantonese restaurant and bar working in the Michelin-starred style the group built its name on. Executive Chef Andy Toh leads the kitchen, pairing authentic recipes with contemporary technique across dim sum, premium seafood and signature meats. The room changes character as the night goes on, moving from dinner service into the louder lounge and bar hours that follow.
The Dragon menu is the set route through the kitchen's signatures, served from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. for parties of two or more. On the a la carte, the dim sum platter brings kaffir lime lobster har gau and abalone and chicken shui mai finished with caviar; jasmine tea smoked Wagyu beef ribs and salt and pepper squid sit among the small plates; and the mains run to spicy prawn with roasted almond and a black truffle roast duck.
Hakkasan opened in London in 2001 and the brand now runs rooms in Abu Dhabi, Bodrum, Doha, London Mayfair, Las Vegas, Miami, Mumbai, Muscat and Shanghai alongside this one. Dinner runs Wednesday through Sunday, 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., with the bar going until 12:30 a.m. Dress is smart elegant.
