Ling Ling is Hakkasan Group's lounge-and-dining concept, and the Mexico City edition sits on the 56th floor of Chapultepec Uno, the tower at Paseo de la Reforma 509 that also houses the Ritz-Carlton. The room is wrapped in glass on all sides, so the view runs from Chapultepec Castle and the park across the whole basin to the mountains, and it is the single best dining-height panorama in the city.
The kitchen works the modern Cantonese repertoire that made Hakkasan a global name, built for sharing: dim sum, crispy duck salad, wok-fired seafood, black pepper rib eye and Peking duck, plus a sushi and raw section.
