Jamavar Dubai is the Gulf outpost of the Michelin-starred modern Indian restaurant that began at The Leela Palace in Bengaluru and made its name in London's Mayfair. Brought to the city by the Nair family and LSL Capital, the Downtown Dubai dining room holds a Michelin star.
Set inside The Address Residences Opera District, the room channels palatial North Indian grandeur and takes its name from the intricately woven jamavar shawls of Kashmir. A 40-seat terrace looks out toward the Burj Khalifa.
The kitchen, guided by the same direction behind the London and Doha outposts, spans coastal, tandoor and slow-cooked regional cooking. Signatures include the Old Delhi butter chicken, Tellicherry pepper and garlic soft-shell crab, malai stone bass tikka, and Chandni Chowk ki aloo tikki.
