Miss Lily's occupies the 5th floor of the Sheraton Grand Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, the brand's first outpost outside New York and Jamaica when it opened in Dubai in 2016. A Jamaican-rooted kitchen, led by Executive Chef Adam Schop, pairs with a dinner service that runs well past midnight most nights.
The room carries the brand's signature look: bold color, vintage-style booths and patterned tile, set against a sound system built for a reggae, soca, afrobeat and dancehall soundtrack. Service is dinner only, starting at 7 pm, giving the fifth-floor room its own identity apart from the hotel's other outlets below.
The kitchen's Jamaican roots run through a long menu: the World Famous Jerk Chicken and Oxtail Stew anchor the specialties list, alongside Scotch Bonnet Lamb Chops, Tamarind Glazed Lamb Ribs and a 1.5-kilogram Grilled Tomahawk Steak built for the table. Cocktails follow the same playbook, from the Lily's Mule to the Dutty Wine, poured next to Red Stripe and a short list of sipping rums. A Chili King Crab is among the dishes made for the Dubai menu alone.
Dinner starts at 7 pm most nights and runs to 1 am Wednesday and Sunday, 2 am Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and 3 am Friday and Saturday, when the later hours lean toward the room's lounge side. Mondays bring the Pum Pum Party, a fixed-price set menu of bites and drinks. Reservations run through the venue's own SevenRooms page, and given the late kitchen close, booking ahead for weekend dinner is worth it.
