A family-run restaurant, cocktail bar and club from Sam Florentsev and Jenya Makeeva in DIFC.
Nahate is a family-run restaurant, cocktail bar and club from Sam Florentsev and Jenya Makeeva, set on the third floor of the Capital Club Building in Gate Village, DIFC. The concept pairs a raw bar and caviar program with pasta and wood-fired pizza, and includes a collaboration with Baccarat on both a dedicated chef's table and crystal-glass cocktail service.
The space is built around a living-dining layout with a spacious open kitchen and two private rooms for smaller groups, styled around the idea of a home turned over to entertaining instead of a conventional dining room.
The raw bar anchors the menu, with whole Kinmedai fish, wagyu tataki, and an otoro and caviar tart alongside a caviar service that runs from hybrid to Oscietra to Beluga. Pasta and pizza follow with king crab orzo, Lord of the Lobster spaghetti in a creamy lobster bisque, a signature spaghetti in champagne and yuzu sauce, and truffle and caviar pizzas. Desserts are by chef Yazid Ichemrahen.
Nahate is open Sunday through Wednesday from 6 pm to midnight and Thursday through Saturday from 6 pm to 3 am. There is no online booking engine; reservations are handled directly by the restaurant through its own website or by email.
