The Cullinan is a steakhouse on the first floor of Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, the resort Jumeirah opened on its own peninsula off Umm Suqeim in March 2025. The restaurant opened alongside it that same month and takes its name from the largest diamond ever found, a reference to the scale of the beef program built around it.
The room looks out toward the Arabian Gulf and the Burj Al Arab from the resort's first floor, and the floor is staffed with a dedicated wine and meat sommelier on hand to walk guests through the cuts and the cellar list.
The kitchen sources 25 steaks from eight producers across Australia, Japan and beyond: a full-blood Wagyu ribeye from Blackmore, a dry-aged prime rib and tomahawk from Stockyard, a Japanese Wagyu ribeye from Saroma, and a grass-fed fillet from Tasmania's Bass Strait sit alongside cuts from Mayura Station, Black Market, Rangers Valley and Stone Axe. Oysters, a separate dessert menu and a dedicated cocktail list round out the table.
The Cullinan is open daily from noon to 2am, seating both an early dinner crowd and a later one drawn by the resort's nightlife. Reservations run through the restaurant's own SevenRooms page.
