URLA is a seafood restaurant on the Fountain Level of the Address Downtown Hotel, facing the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain. It takes its name and its cooking from the Aegean coastal town of Urla in Turkiye, and builds its menu around Turkish, Greek and Spanish coastal traditions, not any single national cuisine.
The restaurant runs terraces and a bar alongside the main dining room, all built to face the fountain and the tower directly opposite. The layout carries the room from an early dinner service into a later lounge stretch, with a shisha menu for guests staying on past the kitchen's main service.
The raw and cold sections lead with an Aegean crudo built on Turkish seabass, a hamachi tartare with yuzu and tobiko, and a wagyu carpaccio finished with parmesan and mustard aioli, alongside a Urla meze platter described on the menu as a selection from Urla, Turkiye itself. Mains run to a lobster linguini and a rotating selection of whole fish and seafood priced by the kilo at market rate, cooked over the grill.
URLA runs late, open every night from 5:30 PM to 3 AM, which puts it as much in the after-dinner scene as the earlier seafood-dinner crowd with the Burj Khalifa view.
