DC-10 is Ibiza's great underground institution, a low-slung club out by the airport in Sant Josep, right beneath the flight path where planes pass low as they come in to land. It opened in 1989 as the DC10 Bar, named after the three-engine airliner, and in 1999 the arrival of the Circoloco crew turned it into something the island had never seen, a name now known all over the world.
Circoloco Monday is the ritual, running from 6pm until 6am, and the lineups change from one week and one season to the next while the reputation does not. Thursdays belong to Solid Grooves, a no-phones night of hypnotic rhythm and heavy bass that runs from 11pm until 6am.
There is nothing polished here, and that is the point: the sound and the dancefloor are the whole show. The club describes itself as a place that does not understand classes or labels, and even with thousands of people inside it keeps the close, familiar feel it had as a bar. DC-10 runs through the summer season, with the 2026 closing parties on October 1 for Solid Grooves and October 12 for Circoloco, and Monday is the day to know.
