Inca is a subterranean show restaurant in the West End at 8-9 Argyll Street, steps from the London Palladium. It opened in 2021, pairing Nikkei-influenced South American cooking with a nightly stage show.
A staircase descends into a multi-level dining room built around a central stage, where singers, dancers, and acrobats perform around the tables through the night. A bar and lounge area sits along the way down, pouring an extensive cocktail and wine list. A private dining room holds up to 15 guests, and a curtained VIP area seats up to 40 for larger groups.
The kitchen blends Peruvian, Argentine, and Brazilian traditions with Nikkei technique, running from raw ceviche to open-fire grilled meats, served family-style for sharing.
After dinner, MAYA Lounge takes over part of the venue on Friday and Saturday, running from 7:00 PM with cocktails and a late set from midnight to 4:00 AM. Inca serves dinner Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 8:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 7:00 PM.
