Balcon del Zocalo is the terrace on top of the Zocalo Central hotel, and it faces the main square head on. From the rail you look across the full expanse of the Plaza de la Constitucion to the Metropolitan Cathedral on the left, the Palacio Nacional straight ahead, and the enormous national flag turning in the middle of it all.
