The concept takes its name from Forte dei Marmi, the seaside resort on Tuscany's Versilia coast, and translates that slow-food, sea-facing sensibility to Ocean Drive. This is the Miami flagship of an international group whose reach extends to Osteria in London and Forte in Milan, and the kitchen leans on wild-caught fish and high-quality Italian produce.
