Giselle is a rooftop dining room perched above the E11EVEN nightclub in downtown Miami, at 15 NE 11th Street, with its own entrance and elevator. A retractable roof spans the whole indoor-outdoor space and frames panoramic views of the skyline, while Italian marble and mirrored tiles give it a polished, after-dark glamour. The Dream Room is layered in French lace and baroque detailing, with animated art displays.
The kitchen fuses Asian, Mediterranean, and French-inspired plates. Standouts include Tuna Truffle Cones with wasabi creme fraiche, Wagyu Dumplings, a Flaming Australian Wagyu Tomahawk prepared tableside for sharing, Chilean Sea Bass with mango chutney, and a Flaming Lobster Thermidor made with Maine lobster, with cocktails like Head Over Heels and a signature dessert, Giselle's Pearls, a six-leches sponge cake.
The restaurant opened in February 2023 and runs Wednesday through Sunday, from 6 PM to 1 AM midweek and until 3 AM on Friday and Saturday, closed Monday and Tuesday. Happy hour at the bar runs from 6 to 8 PM and again from midnight to close. The dress code is upscale and stylish, with no casual attire, beachwear, tank tops, shorts, caps, flip-flops, or jerseys. The bar welcomes walk-ins, and dinner reservations are held for 15 minutes.
