The redesigned room plays it theatrical: custom Murano chandeliers, rich colors and plush textures, and a ceiling that transforms as the night goes on. The menu blends Asian and Mediterranean flavors and is built for sharing. Current plates include crispy rice with beef tartare, smoked egg and BBQ onion glaze, the A5 Wagyu Marrow roll with shrimp and chimichurri butter, yuzu Chilean seabass, and the prime skirt steak served tagliata style with pesto, parmesan, and tomatoes.
The crowd skews dressed-up, group-driven, and energetic, with the volume climbing as dinner runs late. Marion opens Thursday through Saturday from 7pm, Sips O'clock brings cocktails and bites from 7 to 8:30pm for a gentler start, and every Thursday is the Thursday Soiree.
