Sky-high contemporary Italian on Brickell's 54th floor
Seia opened in March 2026 on the 54th floor of 830 Brickell, a contemporary Italian dining room set high above the financial district. It is built for a special-occasion dinner, with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the skyline and a design-forward setting. The restaurant is open to the public, even though the invitation-only Seia Club occupies the floor directly above.
Chef Salvatore Martone guides the kitchen with Executive Chef Alessandro Morrone, cooking Italian tradition through a contemporary lens built on seasonality and craftsmanship. Cuisine, art and design share the space, including a George Condo work on display.
To anchor an order, look to the rigatoni al pomodoro with Datterini tomatoes from Vesuvio, the carpaccio di gamberi rossi built on Mazara red prawns, and the tortelloni alla napoletana filled with red-wine-braised short rib. On weekdays, aperitivo hour runs from 5 to 7 PM for walk-ins.
Lunch runs Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 3 PM, and dinner starts at 5 PM every night. Dinner carries an elegant chic dress code, so leave the shorts, sportswear, sleeveless shirts, hats, and flip-flops or slides at home.
