La Petite Plage is the Vieux Port's most seductive piece of theatre - a feet-in-the-sand restaurant and cocktail bar set on the front line of Quai Jean Jaures, looking straight out at the yachts. It is a Paris Society venue, which tells you the polish and the crowd to expect, and it lives up to its name: a little slice of beach dropped into the middle of the old port.
