Noto is chef Emilio Giagnoni's Southern Italian room on the Saint-Tropez harbor. Formerly of the Four Seasons, Giagnoni cooks refined but unpretentious plates: Pugliese burrata with Sicilian datterino tomatoes, tagliolini with truffles, and roasted sea bream in a Mediterranean sauce.
The setting splits in two. The harborfront terrace looks out over moored superyachts and the Cote d'Azur, while the interior wraps you in baroque fabrics, olive trees, and Italian furnishings that read upscale without pretension. Premium seats sit on the terrace with unobstructed water views; interior tables near the bar catch more of the music and energy.
