Breeze occupies the 52nd floor of lebua at State Tower in Bang Rak
Breeze occupies the 52nd floor of lebua at State Tower in Bang Rak, reached by a dramatic LED-lit sky bridge that has become one of the building's signatures. The open-air setting delivers an uninterrupted run of the Chao Phraya, a striking stage for dinner high above the Chao Phraya.
Crossing that illuminated bridge is part of the experience, arriving at a terrace suspended over the water with the skyline wrapped around it. The room trades on altitude and openness, the drama of the setting matched to the ambition of the kitchen.
Under chef Sam Pang, the cooking comes across as a tour of the Cantonese repertoire, threaded with sourcing from Hokkaido and the chef's own Malaysian-Cantonese heritage, offered as a chef's tasting menu or a la carte with dim sum. It is refined Chinese cooking built to hold its own against the view.
The kitchen was named World's Best Chinese Cuisine Restaurant at the World Culinary Awards 2025, underlining its standing among the city's rooftop dining rooms. Come at sunset for the light on the river, dress smart for the setting, and book ahead for a table along the open edge.
