The dazzling Art Deco room is the stage, framed by two open kitchens: one dedicated to southern seafood, the other to northern Peking duck, with the main dining room set between them. The layout is the concept made visible - two traditions cooking side by side, the diner seated in the middle.
The kitchen moves confidently between the two regions, and the signatures make the case: a celebrated Peking duck, squirrel fish, tiger prawn dumplings and delicate xiao long bao. It is refined, dual-tradition cooking that treats both halves of China with equal seriousness.
