Long-running Italian dining room at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, styled as a Tuscan villa
Rossini's is the long-running Italian dining room at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, an easy walk from both BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit. Styled after an enchanting Tuscan villa, it blends trattoria warmth with hotel-grade polish, with a steady reputation as one of the more dependable Italian rooms in the Sukhumvit core.
The setting does a lot of the work: rustic-elegant villa touches, soft lighting and unhurried service that make it feel a world away from the traffic outside. It is comfortable, not cutting-edge, and that is precisely the point.
The kitchen keeps to modern Italian cooking built on high-quality ingredients, backed by Primo Vino, an extensive Italian-focused wine list leaning heavily on Italy. Nothing here chases headlines; instead it delivers the familiar repertoire - antipasti, house-made pastas, well-executed mains - done properly and served with care.
It suits a romantic dinner, a quiet celebration or a business meal equally well. This is the Italian you return to when you want the classics handled with confidence in a warm, polished setting - book ahead for the weekend, when the villa fills with regulars.
