Sartoria occupies the 56th floor of the EA Rooftop at The Empire, the largest and highest lifestyle rooftop destination in Bangkok, reachable straight from Chong Nonsi BTS. Opened in 2024, it is the city project of Paulo Airaudo - a chef who has amassed six Michelin stars across a global group - and it pairs one of the coolest open kitchens in town with some of the best high-floor views.
