Savelberg is the Bangkok flagship of Dutch chef Henk Savelberg, who earned four Michelin stars back home before making this his first restaurant outside the Netherlands. It has held a Michelin star in Thailand since 2018, and it remains one of the city's most committed exponents of classical haute cuisine - precise, traditional French cooking delivered with old-school discipline in a formal setting.
The restaurant occupies a graceful standalone house in the Chong Nonsi quarter, a sparkling dining room built around an open kitchen, a refined wine cellar and garden views.
