Thiptara is the Thai restaurant of The Peninsula Bangkok, set at garden level overlooking the Chao Phraya River and framed by traditional teakwood salas and tropical gardens.
Chef Luk leads a menu that draws on tradition and technique for a focused expression of Thai dining. The Thai set menu is built to balance every flavor profile, sweet and spicy, salty and sour, through layers of herbs, spices and time-honored techniques, and a signature menu runs alongside it.
Thiptara serves dinner only, from 6 PM to 11 PM with last orders at 10 PM, and the dress code is smart casual. A riverside table is the reason to book.
