New York's Wolfgang's Steakhouse at One Bangkok, its first Thailand location
Wolfgang's Steakhouse brings the New York institution founded by Wolfgang Zwiener, a former head waiter at Peter Luger, to the landmark One Bangkok development. It is the steakhouse brand's first location in Thailand, built around USDA Prime beef dry-aged in-house in the classic Manhattan chophouse tradition that Zwiener carried over from four decades in the steakhouse business.
Set on the third floor of One Bangkok, the dining room takes its cues from the New York original, with a marble bar and windows that frame the Lumphini skyline. Private rooms are available for larger groups and celebrations, in keeping with the brand's steakhouse-clubroom feel.
The kitchen serves Wolfgang's signature porterhouse alongside prime cuts, seafood and classic steakhouse sides, backed by a wine list built for red meat. Open daily for lunch and dinner, from late morning to late evening, with a smart-casual dress code throughout and tables held for fifteen minutes past booking time.
