A 34th-floor rooftop at the InterContinental Bangkok, under a vaulted timber canopy that won a 2025 Restaurants & Bars Design Award
Sanctuary occupies the 34th floor of the InterContinental on Sukhumvit, and the roof is the point of it: a vaulted timber canopy, ribbed like a leaf and lit from within, rising over the deck with planting worked into every edge and the Bangkok skyline running out behind it. The design was named Global No.1 for Alfresco and Biophilic Design at the 2025 Restaurants & Bars Design Awards.
The bar builds its drinks out of the Thai pantry rather than around it. Banana Roti is Martell VSOP with toasted brown butter, banana water and a condensed milk espuma. Mango Sticky Rice arrives as Monkey Shoulder with a mango marigold cordial under a sticky rice espuma. There is a Coconut Thai Tea poured over vanilla ice cream washed with tea, and a Watermelon Katsuobushi built on Hendrick's.
The kitchen works the same way, in small plates meant to be shared across a long evening. Tuna miang kham comes in betel leaves with mango ginger and lime gel. Beef tongue is cooked sous vide and finished with phat kaphrao sauce. The Thai wagyu katsu sando is layered with spicy peanut butter on brioche, and caviar is served over white chocolate ice cream.
Doors open at 5:00 PM every day and the room runs to midnight. Tables are booked on the bar's own site, where the last slot of the night is 11:00 PM.

Frequently asked about Sanctuary Bangkok
How do I book a table at Sanctuary Bangkok in Bangkok?
Submit the reservation request on this page and our Bangkok partner confirms your table, quotes any minimum spend in writing, and coordinates arrival before you commit. Your host opens the door on arrival so you walk straight to a ready table.
How much is a table at Sanctuary Bangkok?
A table at Sanctuary Bangkok depends on the night (weekends and event dates price highest), your group size, and where the table sits relative to the DJ booth and dance floor. Rather than a price that changes weekly, our Bangkok partner quotes your exact minimum spend in writing when confirming, so you know the cost before you arrive.
What is the dress code at Sanctuary Bangkok?
Sanctuary Bangkok keeps an upscale nightlife dress code: stylish, dressed-up attire. Avoid athletic wear, gym shoes, and overly casual looks. Your host manages the door with your table, and we confirm the current policy with your booking.
What time should I arrive at Sanctuary Bangkok?
Table guests generally arrive as the room fills, with the peak on weekends. Your MyRSVP host coordinates a specific arrival window so you are not waiting in line.
