Le Baoli sits at Port Pierre Canto on the Boulevard de la Croisette in Cannes, both a restaurant and a club. Dinner starts at 8 p.m. and the club opens at midnight, and after the meal diners can carry on into the club and bar.
The kitchen, led by chef Remi Solaz, cooks what the house calls Mediterranean and Asian fusion, and much of the menu leans Japanese. It runs from edamame and black cod den miso in lettuce to O'toro tartare with Baeri caviar, sushi rolls, nigiri and sashimi, robata skewers and teppanyaki king prawns. Larger plates include Wagyu and Kagoshima beef, a 1.2 kg grilled sea bass with fennel and lemongrass, and sole meuniere, cooked in a charcoal-fired oven, and summer truffle can be added to any dish.
The music builds as the night goes on. The 2026 summer calendar brought DJs including Marco Carola, Bob Sinclar, ANOTR, Pawsa and Monolink, with regular Jon Rocca nights through July and August. Off-season, the club opens depending on attendance. The house expects a chic, elegant look: no shorts, sandals, headwear or sportswear, and entry is at the door's discretion.
Online restaurant reservations open up to 14 days ahead, for groups of up to 25.
