Caviar Kaspia is the London chapter of the Parisian caviar house, founded in Paris in 1927 and known since 1953 for its address on the Place de la Madeleine. The house also runs a location in Dubai's DIFC Gate Village, and this address carries the same emblematic dish and the same art de vivre in a new key.
London arrived in early 2023 on Chesterfield Street in Mayfair, on the site once occupied by the Chess Club, following an earlier pop-up in the city in 2017. The address is a three-floor Georgian townhouse, with the restaurant on the first floor, and it opened its doors to general reservations for the first time in 2024.
The room is built for a romantic dinner or a celebration that starts at the table and carries into the night, suited equally to a quiet date and a late supper after a Mayfair evening out.
The dish that made the house famous anchors the menu: a potato baked for about two hours, worked with butter and a champagne-infused cream, then crowned with your choice of caviar, from Oscietra to Beluga. Reservations run through SevenRooms.
