Imperial Treasure is the European flagship of the multi-Michelin-starred Singaporean group, a fine Cantonese restaurant occupying a grand Grade II listed building at 9 Waterloo Place in St James's. The 140-seat room is a striking marriage of old and new: soaring historic plaster cornices and arched windows set against a contemporary Chinese interior of dark timber, jade-toned leather chairs, ring pendant lights and a glowing amber-onyx bar that anchors the space.
The cooking is classical, precise Cantonese fine dining that preserves centuries-old technique.
