The Mexican opened on April 9, 2026, on Brickell Key, the private island just off the Brickell mainland, spanning more than 10,000 square feet of waterfront with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the bay and the Brickell skyline, and it is a scene-driven destination built for date nights, group dinners, and anyone chasing a beautiful room over the water.
Interior architect Paulina Moran shaped the room with hand-crafted materials, sculptural lighting, hand-painted tilework, and terraces set over the water, across multiple dining rooms and outdoor spaces. The Dallas flagship of the concept was recognized by Prix Versailles as one of the World's Most Beautiful Restaurants, and the Miami location leans into that same design-driven ambition.
