Perched at the edge of San Diego Bay inside Seaport Village, Malibu Farm occupies 14,000 square feet of two-story indoor-outdoor space where the Pacific light shifts across the water all day long. Opened in September 2023 in the historic Harbor House footprint, a dining landmark that ran from 1980 to 2020, this is the largest Malibu Farm outpost in the country. We recommend it because the bay views from the upper level are genuinely hard to match anywhere in San Diego, and the kitchen earns those views rather than coasting on them.
