The signatures read straight off the ocean: Black Cod Marinated in Miso, Wild California Spiny Lobster, and Dungeness Crab with crab butter. The Honeymoon Oyster, a tiny-plate starter with precise garnishes, earned recognition from The Wall Street Journal. The kitchen sources through an exclusive distribution network, and the difference shows on the plate. Most meals close on the Chocolate Pot de Creme.
