The kitchen at 2228 Kettner Boulevard in Little Italy has earned Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition since 2019, and the reason is clear the moment the first plate arrives: this is American cooking pushed as far as it will go, shaped by Southern California produce, Japanese technique, and an unapologetic appetite for fun.
