Isola by Signor Sassi brings the glamour of London's Knightsbridge to the G floor of Gaysorn Village on Ploenchit Road. A sister restaurant to the original Signor Sassi in Knightsbridge, it is one of Bangkok's most photogenic Italian rooms, split between the sun-drenched, lemon-draped Lemon Room and a Mediterranean blue-and-white Blue Room.
The kitchen serves refined, classic Italian cooking with a coastal accent, anchored by showpiece seafood. The signature Spaghetti Lobster arrives at the table with theater, alongside dishes such as tuna tartare, fresh pasta and grilled catches, all plated on hand-painted ceramics.
