A New York-style steakhouse at the Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel on Rajadamri Road.
Madison Steak Avenue is the New York-style steakhouse of the Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel on Rajadamri Road, a short walk from Ratchadamri BTS. The hotel relaunched it under the Madison Steak Avenue name, and in April 2025 Tatler listed it among the best steakhouses in Thailand.
The dining room is dark and formal. Panelled walls trimmed in gold carry black-and-white photographs of Manhattan, iron ring chandeliers hang over red upholstered chairs and white-clothed tables, and a wine wall stands at the far end of the room.
The beef menu goes deep. The Private Selection brings Japanese wagyu to the table and cuts it to the weight you ask for, from A4 Miyazaki striploin to Tosa-Akaushi ribeye from Kochi. The Meat Vault covers Harris Ranch USDA Prime tenderloin, A5 Kagoshima tenderloin, Australian wagyu at marble score 9-plus and a one-kilo Westholme T-bone, and the signature tomahawk is served flaming. A seafood tower, Kaviari caviar, beef tartare, Scallops Rockefeller and whole Maine lobster fill out the menu. The kitchen is led by Chef Marco Antonio Chávez Jaime, who spent nearly a decade cooking alongside Paul Pairet in Shanghai.
Lunch is served Monday to Saturday and dinner nightly from 6 p.m. For a group, a private room seats 8 to 16 guests, and the whole restaurant can be reserved for 30 to 70.
