It runs as two distinct experiences under one roof: the Dining Room and the more casual Tavern, both built on warm hospitality and attentive service that never feels stiff.
The Dining Room centers on Executive Chef Michael Anthony's five-course seasonal menu at $178 per person, with an optional wine pairing, shaped by local greenmarket produce. The current menu runs through dishes like Citrus-Cured Char with cucumbers and yuzu, Sweet Corn Agnolotti with brown butter and miso, and Elysian Fields Lamb with shell beans and hazelnuts. At lunch the room offers an a la carte menu or an optional four-course menu.
The Tavern is lively and casual, cooking soulful a la carte plates from an open wood-burning grill: Roasted Oysters with smoked paprika, Ricotta Cavatelli with guanciale, Smoked Pork Ribs, and The Tavern Burger. The wine list is substantial, the cocktails lean on New York spirits in the NY Manhattan and NY Old Fashioned, and desserts such as the Chocolate Pudding Cake and Peach Upside-Down Cake round out either room.
The Tavern serves every day from 11:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Dining Room dinner runs Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM and Friday and Saturday until 10:00 PM. Reservations open 28 days in advance with new dates released at noon, and the bar is kept for walk-ins at all times.
