Chic, softly lit Italian restaurant facing the gardens of Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok
Ms.Jigger is a chic, softly lit Italian restaurant on the lobby floor of the Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, facing the hotel's own gardens in the Langsuan and Ploenchit district. By day, floor-to-ceiling windows and a sun-drenched terrace fill the room with light; after dark it shifts into ivory hues, plush seating and ambient lighting, one of the neighborhood's most inviting dining rooms.
At the helm is Chef Danilo Aiassa, a Piedmont native whose cooking champions carefully sourced produce and a deep respect for ingredients built across some of Italy's most decorated kitchens. The menu blends classic and inventive Italian dishes, with standouts including agnolotti ripieni spinaci, spatchcocked chicken alla diavola and a signature tiramisu.
The atmosphere is romantic yet relaxed, working equally well for date nights, quiet business dinners and celebratory evenings, with a considered wine list and cocktails to match. Garden views add to the sense of occasion.
Highly rated by diners and quietly stylish, Ms.Jigger is a standout Italian address among Bangkok's luxury hotel restaurants. Reservations are recommended and can be booked online.
