Edith's has been a fixture of Cabo San Lucas dining for years, set on Av. del Pescador in El Medano with a view over Medano Beach. It built its name on Baja California fine dining that folds Guerreran cooking together with serious steaks and seafood, all served under candlelit palapas with the Arch of Cabo San Lucas in the distance.
The signature is the Caesar salad, prepared and tossed at your table with produce from the restaurant's own organic Baja Farm in Pescadero. Chef Edith's roots show in the organic chicken with green pipian mole, a dish from the mountains of Guerrero that has been part of her family reunions for generations, served with a black bean tamale.
The rest of the menu is generous and classic: prime imported beef cuts off the mesquite grill, fresh local fish and whole Baja red lobster, chile poblano, and hand-made tortillas. Desserts stay traditional, from house-made flan and churros to bananas flambe with vanilla ice cream.
Service is dinner only, nightly from 5:00 to 10:00 PM. Reservations are requested directly with the restaurant and are subject to availability.
