Mamazzita is Grupo RosaNegra's contemporary Mexican room inside the adults-only ME Cabo hotel, fronting El Medano Beach in Cabo San Lucas. The group has built a run of theatrical dining rooms across Cancun, Tulum, and Los Cabos, from Rosa Negra to Chambao, and this one carries the same festive, bohemian energy. The kitchen calls its style 'Mexican soul.'
The menu moves from tableside guacamole and fresh ceviches to gourmet tacos, handmade tortillas, and grilled meats and fish. It reads simple, but it is built to carry a long, celebratory night. The bar leans into tequila and mezcal, with craft margaritas and guided tastings.
This is a scene as much as a dinner. A resident DJ sets the pace, and on select evenings live mariachi and cultural dance performances build the energy as the night goes on. Fridays lean fully into the theme with a Mexican gala, Skulls and Margaritas, a nod to the Day of the Dead. The beachfront terrace opens toward the bay and out to Land's End, with views of the Arch of Cabo San Lucas.
Mornings are quieter, with breakfast served roughly 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, but the dinner service is the reason to book. Access runs through the 18-and-over ME Cabo hotel, so this is a grown-up night out.
