Mamazzita is a Mexican restaurant inside the adults-only ME Cabo hotel, fronting El Medano Beach in Cabo San Lucas. The kitchen calls its style Mexican soul, and today the room serves breakfast, every day from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, on an oceanfront terrace that looks out to the Arch of Cabo San Lucas.
The morning menu mixes Mexican plates with international classics. Chilaquiles come with arrachera steak, and enchiladas suizas and quesadillas sit alongside eggs Benedict, truffled eggs, omelets and pancakes with berries. The showpiece is a French brulee, flambeed at the table.
Lighter plates include seasonal fruit, Greek yogurt bowls with granola and berries, and tartines on rustic bread with avocado or cured salmon. Croissants, pain au chocolat and cinnamon rolls come from the bakery, with specialty coffee, fresh orange, grapefruit or green juices, and mimosas for a slow start by the pool.
The terrace is open to hotel guests and outside visitors alike, but ME Cabo is an 18-and-over property, so everyone at the table must be an adult.
