Mezcal is the Michelin Guide listed Mexican restaurant at Montage Los Cabos, set on a patio overlooking Santa Maria Bay. The guide added it in 2025. Chef Odin Rocha leads the kitchen and often presents the courses himself, explaining the Mexican-market inspiration behind each one.
