CUT at 45 Park Lane is Wolfgang Puck's first European restaurant, open on the ground floor of the Dorchester Collection's 45 Park Lane hotel since 2011 and a fixture of Mayfair's steak scene ever since. It reads as a modern American steakhouse reimagined for London: a low-lit, comfortably glamorous room wrapped in cream drapery, tan and oxblood leather seating, warm timber and a run of Damien Hirst kaleidoscope prints that give the space its signature glint.
