Branch is a Los Cabos veteran. He started in Mexico City under chef Monica Patino, helped open the Capella Pedregal resort that is now the Waldorf Astoria, cooked at Manta by Enrique Olvera, and was executive sous chef at One and Only Palmilla before landing his own room here.
