The serene, terraced dining room, designed by Adam Tihany, puts the sightlines first: floor-to-ceiling glass framing Central Park and the Midtown skyline, with only a handful of tables in a hushed, living-room-warm space anchored by a fireplace. Keller carried references from The French Laundry into the design, most famously the blue door modeled on the original in Yountville. Roughly 64 seats span the main dining room, salon, and bar, alongside a wine cellar and two private rooms.
