Founders Patrick and Gloria Greene built the place around a simple idea: grow the food, then cook it a few steps from where it was picked.
That principle shapes nearly everything on the plate. Vegetables and herbs are pulled straight from the fields, an on-site butcher program breaks down the meat, and the animals come from the farm's own 150-acre ranch, raised without hormones or antibiotics. Even the pantry staples are made on the property, from the breads to the ice creams and sorbets churned in house.
