Best Restaurants in Las Vegas 2026: The Ranked Guide
Our ranked guide to the best restaurants in Las Vegas for 2026, from Joel Robuchon and Carbone to Bazaar Meat, Milos and Mother Wolf, the tables we book most.
Why we wrote this guide
Las Vegas is now one of the best dining cities in America, and the hardest part is no longer finding a great meal, it is choosing. This is our ranked guide to the best restaurants in Las Vegas in 2026, the rooms we send our own guests to first, weighted toward the kitchen and the experience rather than the loudest name. A quick note on what this is not: it is not a list of the most famous or most-searched rooms. A few of the biggest names are very good but did not make our ten, and a couple of quieter rooms outrank them on the plate. These are the tables we book most for the guests who care about the food. Last updated late June 2026.
Looking for the table, not the reading? Tell us the night and the group and we will route you to the right room.
The ranked guide
1. Joel Robuchon (MGM Grand)
The most decorated restaurant in the city and, for our money, the best meal in Las Vegas. The legacy of the most Michelin-starred chef in history, a jewel-box room, and a tasting menu that is still the high-water mark on the Strip. If you want the single finest dining experience in town, this is it. See Joel Robuchon.
Best for: the milestone dinner, the meal you remember for years.
2. Carbone (Aria)
The most famous Italian-American room in America, and the hardest reservation in the city. Major Food Group's Carbone is an event every night: the spicy rigatoni vodka, the veal parmesan, tableside everything. It is as much theater as dinner, and it earns the hype. See Carbone.
Best for: the marquee dinner, the table you book the trip around.
3. Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres (Sahara)
The most ambitious dining experience on the Strip. Jose Andres reinvents the steakhouse with live fire, a raw bar, and a sense of play you do not get at a white-tablecloth room. Half steak temple, half culinary circus, and one of the only rooms in town that can be both. See Bazaar Meat.
Best for: the adventurous group dinner, the full show.
4. Estiatorio Milos (The Venetian)
The Vegas outpost of the global Greek-seafood institution, and the best fish in the city. Whole Mediterranean fish on ice, chosen at the table and grilled simply, plus the famous Milos special. Clean, refined, and a welcome lighter note among the steak and pasta. See Estiatorio Milos.
Best for: the seafood lover, the lighter special-occasion dinner.
5. Mother Wolf (Fontainebleau)
Evan Funke's Roman pasta temple, the LA hit that arrived at the Fontainebleau and immediately became the most serious pasta room in the city. Handmade pasta done with real technique, in a grand, gorgeous room. The pick for guests who care about the carbonara above all. See Mother Wolf.
Best for: the serious-pasta dinner.
6. Gymkhana (Las Vegas)
The Michelin-pedigree London import, and the most exciting newer arrival in the city. Modern Indian cooking with real fire and spice, from one of London's most acclaimed kitchens, in a clubby, atmospheric room. Proof that the best Vegas dining is no longer just steak and Italian. See Gymkhana.
Best for: the guest who wants the new, the bold, the talked-about table.
7. Mott 32 (The Venetian)
Top-tier Chinese in a stunning, design-forward room. The Peking duck (order it ahead), the dim sum, and a menu that takes Cantonese cooking seriously. One of the best Chinese restaurants in the country, not just in Vegas. See Mott 32.
Best for: the group dinner that wants something beyond the usual, and the Peking duck.
8. Mizumi (Wynn)
Wynn's refined Japanese room, with a waterfall-and-garden setting that is one of the prettiest dining rooms in the city. Sushi, teppanyaki, and robata under the Wynn service standard. The elegant Japanese special-occasion dinner. See Mizumi.
Best for: a refined Japanese dinner with a view.
9. SW Steakhouse (Wynn)
Wynn's flagship steakhouse, and one of the most polished rooms on the Strip. Lakeside seating facing the Lake of Dreams show, a deep wine program, and service Wynn is known for. When you want a grown-up steak dinner done flawlessly. See SW Steakhouse.
Best for: the refined steak dinner with a view.
10. Delilah (Wynn)
The supper club that defined the modern Vegas dinner-and-a-show revival. A glamorous 1940s-style room, genuinely good food, and live entertainment that turns dinner into the whole night. Delilah is the experience pick, the one that caps a list like this. See Delilah.
Best for: the celebration, the dinner that becomes the night out.
Honorable mentions
COTE (The Venetian) the Michelin-recognized Korean steakhouse, where the table-grill steakhouse format meets serious dry-aged beef. A top dinner in its own right and a strong swap for anyone who wants the Korean-BBQ-meets-steakhouse experience. See COTE.
Toca Madera (Crystals) the high-energy modern Mexican room, more scene than the ten above but a genuinely fun, very good night out. See Toca Madera.

Frequently asked questions

For the finest meal, Joel Robuchon at MGM Grand. For the most famous experience, Carbone at Aria. The best choice depends on whether you want pure fine dining or the marquee scene.
What is the hardest dinner reservation in Las Vegas?
Carbone is the hardest table in the city on most weekends, with Mother Wolf and the marquee weekend seatings close behind. These are the rooms where a direct relationship matters most.
How much does a top Las Vegas dinner cost?
A full dinner at a top Strip room typically runs around $150 to $400 per person with wine, and a tasting menu at Joel Robuchon runs higher as a set experience. We can give you a realistic per-head estimate for any room before you book.
What is the best restaurant for a special occasion?
Joel Robuchon for the milestone, Mizumi or SW for the refined view dinner, Delilah for the celebration that turns into the night. Tell us the occasion and we will match the room.
How far in advance should I book?
For Carbone, Joel Robuchon, or a weekend prime-time table, 3 to 6 weeks, more on event weekends (F1, NYE, big conventions). Most other rooms are 2 to 3 weeks, and weeknights are often available inside a week. We can frequently place tables the public apps show as fully booked.
