The Dubai Greek-Mediterranean sensation lands at 50 Dover Street, Gaia!
Gaia brought its Dubai following to Mayfair in December 2023, opening at 50 Dover Street as the London chapter of restaurateur Evgeny Kuzin and chef Izu Ani's Greek-Mediterranean success story, with Greek chef Orestis Kotefas shaping the menu here.
The interior runs to neoclassical grandeur: domed arches, Hellenic statues, limestone walls, azure accents, and oversized chandeliers, all anchored by a theatrical central raw bar where the day's catch sits on crushed ice. The room scales from intimate tables to larger sharing configurations, and tableside rituals carry much of the ceremony, with staff slicing carpaccio, twirling pasta, and portioning whole fish at the table.
