Zuma opened in May 2024 inside the historic Palm Beach on Pointe Croisette, the brand's first French location and its anchor in the Riviera's contemporary Japanese scene. The 2,000-square-meter space runs on floor-to-ceiling windows and an open robata grill that doubles as the centerpiece, with flames and precision knife work framing views across the Bay of Cannes.
Two private dining rooms, Umi and Nami, offer marina vistas for smaller groups and business dinners, and an expansive terrace extends the room into warm evenings. Curated DJ sets calibrate the energy without overwhelming conversation, and tables near the terrace edge command the best sight lines and fill earliest.
