The brand's first French outpost, anchored inside historic Palm Beach.
Zuma opened in May 2024 inside the historic Palm Beach on Pointe Croisette, a building first inaugurated in 1929, and it is the brand's first restaurant in France. The dining room runs on floor-to-ceiling windows and an open robata kitchen set as the centerpiece, with views along the Cannes coastline, and it stays open all year.
Umi and Nami are elevated open balconies at the rear of the terrace, used for private groups, with views over the coast and the marina. The private dining room, Wabi and Sabi, pairs natural wood and a wine cellar with large windows onto the waterfront. The terrace is the largest space and looks across the Bay of Cannes, while the bar and lounge face the Mediterranean toward the Iles de Lerins, the spot for sunset cocktails.
The kitchen moves through shareable plates: seared wagyu sirloin tataki with summer truffle ponzu, marinated black cod wrapped in hoba leaf, thinly sliced seabass with yuzu, truffle oil and salmon roe, and grilled Chilean seabass with green chili and ginger dressing. The cocktail list runs from a yuzu peach mule to a chili and passion fruit margarita.
Zuma Cannes serves dinner only, every night of the week, from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m., and the bar keeps the same hours. Walk-ins are welcome every night from 7 p.m.
